Our Story
Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Melissa Nash (Author | Consultant | Professor and a St. Louis native), has dedicated over twenty years empowering others throughout the St. Louis Metropolitan region. On November 25th, 2023, Dr. Nash founded Dr. Melissa Nash Consulting…a platform developed to intimately serve her community through life coaching and self-care & wellness practices. Months prior, she championed the first Full-Service Self-care & Wellness Center, where mental health initiatives were at the forefront. News KMOV documented: “If you are not well, healthy and safe…you cannot be well, healthy and safe for others that you serve,” says Dr. Melissa Nash. She believes that feeling beautiful is an essential need and begins internally. Through Dr. Melissa Nash Beauty & Cosmetics…she will continue to empower others into confidence, esteem, and fulfillment. Proceeds from this strategic care line will benefit Self-care & Wellness Centers, Scholastic Scholarships, and Mental Health Awareness Kits nationwide!
